Created an AI agent that gives design and product teams a headstart on accessibility compliance. Connecting directly to Figma to audit designs against WCAG standards without relying on vendors or specialists. Replaced hours of manual review and removed a common vector for vague, compliance-washing design decisions.

Shipped an AI agent that reads unmoderated user-testing transcripts, extracts patterns, flags issues, and cuts review time by ~80%. Integrated with the UserTesting API to auto-ingest transcripts, batch-generate SUS scores, and classify sentiment in one pass. Removed the analysis bottleneck that kept teams from running more research.
A browser-deployable prototype tool that replaced static Figma mocks
Static Figma files weren't enough to get leadership aligned on in-flight products. Built a browser-deployable prototype system that showed real UX behavior in context, reducing the ambiguity that stalls decisions. Faster sign-off, fewer alignment meetings, less swirl.
Figma application that lets design teams log, track, and assign notes directly on the canvas
Built on the Figma Widget API with synced state across collaborators. Design reviews, QA passes, and handoff comments all live exactly where the work is. Eliminates the context switching between Figma, Jira, Slack, and email where feedback gets lost or forgotten.

To unblock cross-team reviews, I built an Excel-to-prototype sync that let non-design partners update copy without touching Figma. This removed manual handoffs, reduced rework, and cut copy iteration from weeks to days, saving hours per release.
A scalable research practice, built from the ground up.
Teams were waiting months to run a single study and working from a panel too biased to trust. Built an independent recruiting pipeline and implemented a full research toolset including tree testing, card sorting, forced ranking, and prototype studies. Put the ability to run research in the hands of teams across the org who couldn't before.
